How do I cancel my data plan?

To cancel your data plan you need to do the following.

1. Login to the client portal at

2. Click on Services > My Services from the menu at the top.

3. Click the Active button that is to the right of the service you wish to cancel.

4. Click on the Request Cancellation button.

5. Complete and submit the form.
