Once you have the temporary password, click on Login and then enter your email address (Username) and the temporary password and click on Login again.
Once you have logged in to the web tracking platform, you can now add your device to the system.
Now add your device to the web tracking platform
Click on the Add Object icon that can be found on the left side menu.
Next enter a name for your object in the Name field and then enter the IMEI number of your device in the IMEI field. The IMEI number can be found on the back of your Eagle on a white sticker. Once you have done this click the Save button.
Your device you now appear on the left side of the screen. Note that the status icon will most likely be grey which means the device does not currently have a 4G connection and GPS signal. If you have connected your Eagle correctly to the OBD2 port and taken the vehicle for a 10 minute drive per Step 2, then the status icon should change colour to green within 5-10 minutes which then means the device has a 4G connection and a GPS signal. This would also then mean that the device is showing its correct location on the map screen.
If the icon colour is orange it means the device has a 4G connection but no GPS signal.
If the status icon colour remains grey or orange, check and make sure the Eagle is correctly connected to the OBD2 port and that it has been installed in a location where it can obtain a GPS signal.
